I’ve always been a journal hoarder but could never keep up using it for long… Enter the Moleskine 5 x 8.25 inch, kraft covered notebook, also known as the “game changer”. This year has been full of many firsts, but one of the things I’m most proud of is completing an ENTIRE notebook; all the pages, back and front, are now filled with memories, mementos, and thoughts from January to July of this amazing year.
I’ve already started a new journal, and knowing that I am actually capable of finishing a whole notebook has got me excited and motivated to do all the things!
A week in Los Angeles
Today I wanted to share the LA section of my (now completed) journal. The main thing I did differently than when I journaled in the Philippines and Singapore is making a real effort every day to take some time to write my entry for the day. It was a lot less daunting for me than letting 2, 3, 4 days go by and suddenly you’re overwhelmed trying to remember every little detail.
Now let’s dive into my journal!
I hope you enjoyed a little peek into my LA journal and got a little inspiration for your own notebooks! I’ve developed such a love for this hobby that I’m already brainstorming a “how to journal” starter guide with ideas for the future post, so stay tuned!
